3. Your License to Use Ka-ching Savings

4. Copyright Infringement
4.1 What Constitutes Infringement
Copyright infringement occurs when someone, without authorization, reproduces, distributes, or displays copyrighted work. Examples:
- Copying our website code or design
- Republishing our articles without attribution
- Scraping and reselling our price data
- Creating a clone of our interface
- Downloading and distributing our software
4.2 South African Copyright Act
Copyright infringement is governed by the South African Copyright Act, 1978, which provides:
- Exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly perform works
